What is Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin
Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin in a broad spectrum preservative blend that provides protection against bacteria, yeast and mold for cosmetic products. It is most suitable for emulsion products such as creams and lotions, as well as anhydrous products and some water based products like toners. Phenoxyethanol preservative blends are more effective in aqueous solutions than using phenoxyethanol by itself, and are generally recommended over the former for water-based products. Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin is paraben-free, formaldehyde-free and vegan.
